Mandorella Gourmet Mushrooms is a hard vegetable cheese made from almond milk, completely lactose and gluten free. It is an alternative to common fresh cheeses, this one flavoured with Porcini mushrooms and covered with sesame seeds. In this delicious covered variant the Toritto Almond marries super fine typical Italian ingredients, giving life to a unique flavor, both traditional and innovative. Excellent as an appetizer, sliced or diced, to make skewers or to guarnish sandwiches. It is also ideal to enrich first courses (stuffed pasta and soups), main courses and salads, or as a filling. Mandorella Gourmet should be kept in the refrigerator, at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, and consumed within seven days from package opening.
