Mandorella Gourmet Olives and Artichokes is a vegetable cheese made from almond milk, completely lactose and gluten free, it is an alternative to common fresh cheeses, this time flavoured with Olives and Artichokes. In this delicious variant we celebrate the marriage between Toritto Almond and other typical Apulian ingredients, giving life to a unique flavor, in the name of both tradition and innovation. Excellent as an appetizer, cut into cubes, it is also ideal to enrich first courses, main courses and salads, or as a filling. Mandorella Gourmet should be kept in the refrigerator, at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, and consumed within seven days from package opening.
