Mandorella Natural is a vegetable cheese based on almond milk, completely free from lactose and gluten, an alternative to common fresh cheeses. Light and delicate, this product is characterised by a a velvety and spreadable consistency, a feature that makes Mandorella incredibly versatile: suitable for the preparation of sweet and savoury stuffings. This Almond Cheese can be spread on the bread or added to salads and other fresh preps. Mandorella has to be kept chilled at a temperature between 0 and 4°C and consumed within 7 days after opening the package.
