This is a vegetable cheese based on almond milk, completely lactose and gluten free, alternative to common fresh cheeses. It gives to the palate the authentic taste of Sicilian pesto, with the unmistakable taste of dried tomatoes and Mediterranean herbs. Light and delicate, it is characterized by a velvety and spreadable consistency and is suitable for savoury fillings and breaded nibbles, as well as being excellent also simply spread on bread or added to salads and other fresh preparations. Mandorella must be kept in the refrigerator, at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, and consumed within seven days after opening the package.
