This is a vegetable cheese based on almond milk, completely lactose and gluten free, alternative to common fresh cheeses. It has anti-inflammatory properties and the unique taste of turmeric. Light and delicate, it is characterized by a velvety and spreadable consistency and is suitable for savoury fillings and breaded nibbles, as well as being excellent also simply spread on bread or added to salads and other fresh preparations. Mandorella must be kept in the refrigerator, at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, and consumed within seven days after opening the package.
