Among the dried fruit, one of the most loved and appreciated products by young and old is the almond. · Anti-cholesterol and useful for the well-being of the heart and circulation.
Finally, the properties of almonds are excellent for counteracting free radicals, to protect your body and prevent diseases such as tumors, diabetes, cardio-vascular disorders.
